Job Summary:

As the People Service Operations Manager at Rolls-Royce, you will lead the HR Teams & support the transformation of our services. At the heart of your leadership will be our strategic "Three E’s" framework: driving operational Efficiency through lean automation, ensuring process Effectiveness by maintaining world-class standards, and delivering a seamless Employee Experience at every touchpoint. You will be responsible for daily service delivery, the strategic management of HR operations, optimizing global processes, and building a high-performance culture within the GBS structure.

What You will be doing:

  • Leading end-to-end HR operations in the region, ensuring service delivery meets the highest quality and timeliness standards. (according to targeted SLA/KPIs)
  • Designing and implementing process optimization / changes to increase efficiency and enhance the Employee Experience.
  • Acting as a key partner in global organisation: aligning & implementing HR policies and tools according to global standards.
  • Overseeing the operational BAU and managing relationships with key business stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Ensuring best in class service delivery across sub-teams, according to local regulations (internal & external)
  • Improving current ways of working & maximizing the potential of systems (Workday and ServiceNow platforms)
  • developing and Inspiring team leaders/ members while ensuring talent retention and engagement within the organization.
  • Aligning HR initiatives with business objectives both for Polish and German regions
  • Facilitating transitions and changes of HR services
  • Fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Essential Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in Leadership, with at least 4 years in HR managerial role within an international environment.
  • Experience in change management and services transition. (in a global environment).
  • Fluency in English (C1/C2 level) and German (C1/C2).
  • Practical experience in managing complex HR processes on an international scale.
  • Knowledge and practice of HRIS systems (Workday preferred) and Case Management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills – ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • University degree (Management, HR, Business Psychology, or related).
